My boyfriend came up with this marvellous twist on a traditional affogato and it’s absolutely delicious! So simple to make, you’ll need:
- 1 espresso shot per serving
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream per serving
- 1 ANZAC biscuit per serving
- Crumble one biscuit rustically in the base of a clear espresso glass.
- Pour over espresso.
- Serve with a spoon of ice cream just before serving.
- Sprinkle with a few extra biscuit crumbs for garnish if desired.
