ANZAC Affogato

My boyfriend came up with this marvellous twist on a traditional affogato and it’s absolutely delicious! So simple to make, you’ll need:

  • 1 espresso shot per serving
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream per serving
  • 1 ANZAC biscuit per serving

To assemble:

  1. Crumble one biscuit rustically in the base of a clear espresso glass.
  2. Pour over espresso.
  3. Serve with a spoon of ice cream just before serving.
  4. Sprinkle with a few extra biscuit crumbs for garnish if desired.
