see a Dietitian for your first - or any - time.
Let me put your mind at ease and share what I can do for you.
Firstly, I have a big heart and you’ll find me a compassionate listener. There is zero judgement in my ‘office’ and this is a safe space to talk about your food and health concerns. You’ll be heard and understood, so that I can work with you to move from a place of being stuck with food, into a space of feeling greater ease around eating and health.
At #MFC, we take a multi-pillared approach to your well-being.
This means that we aren’t just interested in ‘what’ you eat...together, we’ll explore ‘why’ you eat and find strategies that get to the core of the matter. Sometimes, we’ll be working outside your comfort zone (‘cause that’s where the magic happens!) but you will be well-supported and guided along the way.
Whilst we will carefully tailor our nutrition advice to support your body’s needs,
we can also check up on your gut health, sleeping habits, body image and emotional relationship with food. We know that being happy and healthy isn’t a matter of just following a prescribed diet; there are many aspects that contribute to good health and you’ll receive tailored advice that’s unique to you.
Whether you would like a one-off consultation or longer-term coaching package, we’d love to hear from you! We offer Skype and telephone appointments that are convenient and flexible - you don’t even need to leave the comfort of your home.
