I used to spend Easter swinging between two extremes; exercising like a madwoman and guiltily gobbling down chocolate to just ‘get it done with’. (Usually NOT at the same time ;-))
Women often tell me that they can’t keep chocolate in the house without losing control and eating it all…which makes Easter a little tricky! So today, I wanted to share a simple strategy in this short 5 minute video to dissolve guilt and restore trust in your body and natural appetite signals.
