Want to learn how to cook fresh from the sea & straight to the table, with simplicity, style and outstanding flavour?
Join us for this 2 and a half hour Seafood Cooking Class on the Sunshine Coast and discover these Asian inspired dishes, perfect for any party or a home-cooked treat!
You’ll discover how to make (and of course, also taste!);
- Thai Style Seafood Cakes with red nahm jim dipping sauce
- Beetle Leaves with smoked trout galangal and salmon pearls
- Poached Ocean Trout Salad with fresh coconut, mint, chilli and peanuts
- Tassie Scallops in a rich red curry
- Red curry paste
- Red chilli Nahm Jim
This class is all about cooking with integrity, sustainability and lots of fun!! You’ll also pick up loads of extra tips on how to pick the best seafood and maximise its use at home.

Trish and Jo are so looking forward to talking everything seafood and demonstrating some of their signature seafood dishes.
