Ingredients
- Pasta of your choice
- 2 tbsp cornstarch + ¼ cup milk
- 3 cups milk
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Cheese as needed, shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Mix cornstarch and milk till smooth.
- In a pan, add the milk and let it boil.
- Once boiled, add the cornstarch milk mixture while stirring to create a smooth white sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Add cheese and stir until melted.
- Boil pasta and mix it in until well-coated.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with extra cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Have it warm!
