Mexican Sauce
Description
A yummy mexican sauce that can be used for enchiladas, mexican pizzas and nachos!
Ingredients
- Enchilada sauce/hot sauce-
- 7-8 tomatoes, quartered
- 4 dried red chillies
- 1/2 tsp carom seeds
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2-3 twists of black pepper
Directions
- Method-
- Place in a pan, cover and let the tomatoes and red chilies soften. Cool, blend and strain. Place back in the pan, add the rest of the ingredients and boil for 4-5 minutes.
